I have recently conducted an experiment utilizing Google's AI Studio Gemini's live stream and screenshare functionality. During this experiment, I engaged with a business analysis case study and leveraged Gemini to enhance my expertise in designing Strategyzer's world-known Value Proposition Canvas and Business Model Canvas based on the visual input provided on the screen. This represents a significant milestone in the realm of Generative AI (GenAI): the ability to interact with AI based on shared screen content. The potential applications for this technology are vast. Envision Business Analysis teams augmented with an AI assistant during real-time meetings. For instance, they could employ the Strategyzer method to analyze, design, and test business ideas or strategies, utilizing physical canvases and post-its.
